Excellent property as well as the owner and staff. I had forgotten one of my bag pack in a tram outside the hotel. Within a min, I informed Ms. Victoria at the front office. She was extremely helpful as she called up the lost and found department of the tram service and within 15 mins she got my bag picked traced and picked up from the tram’s driver. A huge thank you to Victoria. Such employees are an asset for the hotel and a well wisher for the tourists. I would also like to thank Ms. Suzana who packed my bag very nicely and handed over to the courier service team. I received my bag in the same perfect condition as it was at the time of losing it. Thank you team Anette. You have been wonderful.

Great hotel, with fantastic staff. Highly recommend having the breakfast which was excellent value. We thought we had lost a wallet and the staff helped search our rooms - turns out we had it but the staff were brilliant in a very stressful situation.

The room was very well kept and clean. Staf was very helpful and friendly, no issues with speaking foreign languages either. Location of the hotel was amazing as well. All in all would reccomend.

Room was great for this price, big bed, heating, enough size shower. Location is really good too, shops, restaurants around, close to public transport and city center. Staff was very friendly.

Great location close to the city center, everyone very nice and room was as presented. Garden / patio is such a nice touch to rest after the whole day of walking. We definitely recommend!
